In A Memory of the Future, Tarini Sethi shapes a realm where past and myth breathe into imagined tomorrows.

Galerie Geek/Art presents A Memory of the Future, a solo exhibition by Tarini Sethi and part of the [ID]Identity series. Rooted in Indian mythology, folklore, and dreamscapes, the exhibition imagines a space where past, present, and future converge in transformative possibility.
Sethi’s sculptures, crafted in metal, blend abstraction with figuration—multi-limbed, fluid forms that merge human and animal, light and shadow. Drawing from diverse Indian art traditions, her practice challenges conventional ideas of gender, beauty, and perfection, offering resilience and liberation as central motifs.
Through this exhibition, Sethi reflects on identity as a process—fluid, interconnected, and always in becoming.
