Guided by a retrofuturist philosophy, their practice explores collective memory, aspiration, and human progression. Alumni of the J.J. Institute of Applied Art, Sonal and Makarand continue to expand their shared love for illustration into a practice that reimagines contemporary culture through a distinctly cosmicpunk lens.
